An impressive device name does not tell you how a procedure will be planned or performed. When comparing aesthetic care, ask about the provider's training, assessment, and follow-up as well as the technology.
Look beyond the device's marketing description
Ask who will perform the procedure and what experience they have with that device and treatment area. Have them explain the intended outcome, important limitations, and complication plan.
Discuss whether another method would be more appropriate. Technology is one part of care; the clinical decisions around its use matter too.
Ask how a setting relates to your assessment
Words such as advanced and precise do not explain why a particular method, depth, or energy level is appropriate. Ask the provider to connect the proposed setting to the area and concern being treated. You do not need to choose settings yourself; you need an understandable explanation of the clinical plan.
