FAQ

Common Questions

Everything you need to know before your treatment.

What is Sculptra?

Sculptra is an FDA-approved injectable made from poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), a biocompatible material that stimulates your own collagen production. Rather than filling lines like a traditional dermal filler, Sculptra works gradually over months to rebuild collagen, restoring firmness and volume naturally.

How much does Sculptra cost in Eagle Mountain?

Sculptra at Honey Rae Aesthetics is $800 per vial. Most patients use 1–3 vials per session, and we recommend a series of 3 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart for optimal collagen-building results. Your provider will give you a personalized treatment plan during consultation.

How long do Sculptra results last?

Sculptra results typically last up to 2 years — longer than most hyaluronic acid fillers. Because Sculptra stimulates your own collagen, results continue to develop over 3–6 months and gradually fade over time as the new collagen breaks down naturally.

Where on the face and body can Sculptra be used?

At Honey Rae Aesthetics we treat the face and neck with Sculptra — including cheeks, temples, jawline, lower face, and the neck for crepey skin and lost firmness. Sculptra is not used in the lips or directly under the eyes.

Is there downtime after Sculptra?

Most patients experience mild redness, swelling, bruising, or small bumps at injection sites for 1–3 days. We recommend the “5-5-5” massage protocol — massaging the treated area for 5 minutes, 5 times per day, for 5 days — to ensure even distribution of the product. Most clients return to normal activities the same day.

Who performs Sculptra at Honey Rae?

Sculptra is performed by our experienced injectors Kendra Lee, RN, BSN (Owner) and Sage Sabey, RN, BSN. Both have extensive training in advanced injectable techniques to ensure safe, natural-looking results.

Who should not get Sculptra?

Sculptra is not recommended if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a history of keloid scarring, have an active skin infection at the injection site, have an allergy to PLLA or lidocaine, or have certain autoimmune connective tissue disorders. Your provider will review your full medical history during consultation.
