About the role

We're looking for an experienced Master Esthetician, 1099 contractor, to join our growing team.

Qualifications:

  • Active Master Esthetician license
  • 1+ year of professional experience
  • Face Reality Acne Expert Certified
  • Able to work on-site part time and manage a steady appointment schedule
  • Strong consultation and client communication skills
  • Comfortable with sales, product education, service recommendations, and supporting revenue goals in an ethical, client-first manner
  • Experience with social media and content creation (TikTok, Instagram)
  • Experience with treatment charting and documentation
  • Laser hair removal experience preferred, or willing to learn
  • Strong knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards
  • Works well within a small, professional team
  • Luxury spa, medical aesthetics, or high-end aesthetics experience is a plus
  • Motivated to grow and build a clientele
  • Continuing education mindset with a desire to stay current on industry trends, techniques, and technology
