Holistic should describe how a plan considers your routine and preferences, not promise that every wellness service improves your skin. A practical approach connects skincare, optional procedures, and realistic habits without adding unnecessary steps.
Look for a plan you can explain and maintain
Ask what each product or appointment is intended to address and which steps are essential to the proposed care. Discuss the time and cost you can manage.
If a recommendation includes an infusion or supplement, ask for its separate clinical rationale. More services do not automatically make a plan more complete.
Simplifying can be a useful outcome of the consultation
If several appointments or products have been suggested, ask which ones address your main priority and which overlap. Discuss what could be postponed or omitted. A plan that considers the whole person should also respect practical limits; it should not use holistic language to make every optional service sound necessary.
